I started following the Cambridge Diet Plan and chose Lynda to support me . Having diabetes she talked me through the steps and explained that I would start on step 5 and work my way down to Step 3 . I have tried other diets and found they didn’t help my diabetes so I was a bit dubious to start with . From day one on the diet my blood sugars have been so much and I have even reduced my insulin . Lynda is like a breath of fresh air when I see her weekly . She listens to any problems I have and always encourages me to stay on track . She sends me messages through the week which keep me motivated. I don’t feel like I’m dieting on my own and have been astounded by how easy the weight is coming off . My incentive is to be able to buy of the rail clothes instead of being disappointed when they don’t go up to my size . I know I will succeed because of Lynda she already feels like a friend and I look forward to our weekly catch ups .
